What we collect

• Order details — name, delivery address, email and the items you buy, so we can fulfil and support your order.
• Account data — if you create an account, the email and addresses you save.
• A cart/session cookie — strictly necessary to keep your basket and checkout working. No marketing or tracking cookies.

Analytics — cookieless

We measure how the site is used with a self-hosted, privacy-first analytics tool (Umami) running on our own servers in the EU. It sets no cookies and collects no personal data — only anonymous, aggregated figures like page views and referrers. Because nothing personal is stored and nothing is shared with third parties, no consent banner is required, and there is nothing to opt out of.

Payments

Card payments are handled by our PCI-compliant payment processor. Your full card number is entered on their secure form and never reaches our servers.

Who we share data with

Only the parties needed to complete your order: the payment processor, and the carrier that delivers your parcel. We never sell your data.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to stop processing it. Email support@wetoutlet.com and we'll action it. You also have the right to complain to your national data-protection authority.
