Changed your mind? As an EU shopper you have 14 days to return an unused item for a refund.

Your right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer law you may cancel your order and return it within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. The item must be unused, in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

How to return an item

• Email support@wetoutlet.com with your order number and which item(s) you're returning.
• We'll reply with a return address and simple instructions.
• Pack the item securely and send it back. Return shipping is arranged at your cost unless the item was faulty or sent in error.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we refund to your original payment method within 14 days. You'll get an email confirmation when the refund is issued; banks then take a few business days to show it.

Faulty or wrong items

If something arrives damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days and we'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund — your choice.

Exclusions

For hygiene reasons, items such as base layers worn against the skin cannot be returned once the seal is opened, unless faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
