We ship from Estonia to addresses across the European Union and beyond. Here's what to expect.

Dispatch time

In-stock orders are picked and dispatched within 1–2 business days. You'll get an email with a tracking link the moment your parcel leaves our warehouse. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery estimates

• Estonia: 1–3 business days
• Baltics & Finland: 2–4 business days
• Rest of the EU: 3–7 business days
• Non-EU Europe (CH, NO, UK): 5–10 business days

These are carrier estimates, not guarantees — remote regions and peak periods can add a day or two.

Shipping cost & free shipping

Shipping is calculated at checkout from your delivery address. Orders above the free-shipping threshold shown in your cart ship free — the cart tells you exactly how much more you need to add to qualify.

Customs & duties

Deliveries within the EU are duty-free — there are no extra customs charges. For non-EU destinations (Switzerland, Norway, the UK), local import VAT or duties may apply on arrival and are the recipient's responsibility.
