Pull-over spray protection for dinghy sailors, foredeck crews and anyone working in constant spray. The difference from a jacket: no front zip to leak, and adjustable neck and wrist seals that keep water out through capsizes and waves over the bow — which is why smocks dominate on dinghies and small keelboats. Within the category, a spray top is lighter and cooler for summer racing, while a true smock uses heavier waterproof fabric and tighter seals for cold, wet days.
