Shipping

We ship from Estonia to addresses across the European Union and beyond. Here's what to expect.

Dispatch time

In-stock orders are picked and dispatched within 1–2 business days. You'll get an email with a tracking link the moment your parcel leaves our warehouse. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery estimates

• Estonia: 1–2 business days
• European Union: about a week — 2–7 business days depending on the country; neighbouring countries are usually at the fast end
• Switzerland, UK, Norway: up to 10 business days — customs clearance is what makes these slower

Counted from dispatch, on top of the 1–2 days above. These are carrier estimates, not guarantees — remote regions and peak periods can add a day or two.

Shipping cost & free shipping

Free shipping on orders over €250. Below that it is the rate for your country above — €5 to €25 — and the cart shows it, together with how much more you need to add to qualify, before you enter any details.

Customs & duties

Deliveries within the EU are duty-free — there are no extra customs charges. For non-EU destinations (Switzerland, Norway, the UK), local import VAT or duties may apply on arrival and are the recipient's responsibility.
