Your message and your email address are used to answer you, and for nothing else — no newsletter, no profiling, not passed to anyone who is not handling your case. We keep the correspondence while it is open and for as long as we may need it for accounting and warranty questions afterwards; ask us to delete it and we will, unless a law says the invoice has to stay.
