Terms of Sale
Version 1.0, in force from 25 July 2026. These terms govern every purchase made in this store. Your statutory rights as a consumer always apply on top of them.

1. Seller and scope
These Terms of Sale apply to purchases made in the wetoutlet.com online store, operated by ProEngineering OÜ, registry code 12603169, VAT no EE101703730, Kirsi 6-41, 10616 Tallinn, Estonia. E-mail: info@proengineering.eu. Phone: +372 566 00707 (Mon–Fri 10:00–17:00, Estonian local time). Orders are placed using a button clearly marked as an order with an obligation to pay; before confirming, you are shown these Terms and accept them via a separate checkbox.
2. Validity of the terms and prices
We may amend these Terms and change prices. Amendments are published on this page and take effect from publication. Your order is governed by the version of the Terms and the prices in force at the moment the order was placed; the applicable version is sent to you with the order confirmation.
3. Prices
Prices are displayed in euros and include Estonian VAT at 24%. We sell below the EU distance-selling threshold, so Estonian VAT applies to orders delivered anywhere in the European Union. Should we register for the EU One Stop Shop, destination-country VAT will apply instead and the checkout total will show it. The final price, applicable VAT, delivery charges and any other mandatory charges are shown before you place the order.
Where a reduced price is announced, the prior price shown is our lowest price applied during the 30 days preceding the reduction. A manufacturer's recommended retail price (RRP), where displayed, is expressly labelled as such and is a comparison with the manufacturer's price, not our own prior price.
If a price is manifestly incorrect due to a technical or clerical error, and you knew or could reasonably have been expected to know that the price was incorrect, we may cancel the affected order before dispatch. We will notify you without undue delay and refund all amounts paid using the original payment method; you may be offered a new order at the correct price.
4. Ordering and contract formation
Add products to the cart, proceed to checkout, enter contact and delivery details, choose a delivery and payment method, accept these Terms and confirm the order using the payment-obliging button. The sales contract enters into force when the payable amount has been received on our bank account or confirmed by the payment provider. You receive an order confirmation by e-mail together with these Terms and the withdrawal instructions on a durable medium. If a product cannot be supplied, we notify you without delay and refund the payment within 14 days at the latest.
5. Payment
Available payment methods: card payment (processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd; we have no access to full card data) and advance payment by bank transfer against a pro forma invoice — the order is reserved and dispatched after the transfer is received. All payments are in euros.
6. Delivery
Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Estonia within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery is by DPD courier:
- Estonia — €5, 1–3 business days;
- European Union — €15, 2–7 business days;
- Switzerland, United Kingdom, Norway — €25, 3–10 business days.
For deliveries outside the European Union, the tax and customs treatment depends on the destination, order value and delivery terms. Unless checkout expressly states that import charges are prepaid, the recipient may be required to pay import VAT, customs duties and carrier clearance fees. Where applicable law requires us to collect destination VAT at checkout, that VAT is included in the final order total.
The free-shipping threshold depends on the destination country and is always shown in the cart before the order is placed.
Risk of accidental loss or damage passes to you when you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, take physical possession of the goods. If you independently appoint a carrier not offered by us, risk passes when the goods are handed to that carrier.
Delivery estimates may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control. This does not limit your statutory rights concerning delayed or failed delivery; we remain responsible for the goods until risk passes to you.
7. 14-day right of withdrawal
You may withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods (in case of multiple shipments — the last item). To withdraw, send an unambiguous statement to info@proengineering.eu, or use the withdrawal form on our Returns page. Using the form is not mandatory.

The goods must be returned within 14 days of the withdrawal notice. Return shipping is at your cost, except where the goods were defective or wrong items were delivered. We refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice, using the same payment method; we may withhold the refund until the goods are received back or you provide proof of dispatch. You may inspect the goods as you would in a physical store; if their value has diminished through handling beyond that, we may deduct the diminished value from the refund.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods delivered in sealed packaging which are not suitable for return for genuine health-protection or hygiene reasons, if the seal has been broken after delivery. This exception is interpreted narrowly and does not affect your rights in respect of defective goods.
8. Non-conforming goods (2-year claim right)
We are liable for defects that existed at the time of delivery and become apparent within 2 years of delivery. A defect that becomes apparent within 1 year of delivery is presumed to have existed at delivery unless we prove otherwise. Notify us of a defect within 2 months of discovering it (info@proengineering.eu: your name, contact details, order number, a description of the defect and proof of purchase). We respond within 15 days.
You may choose repair or replacement unless the chosen remedy is impossible or would impose disproportionate costs on us. You may request a proportionate price reduction or terminate the contract where the statutory conditions for those remedies are met. These rights do not cover damage caused after delivery solely by misuse, failure to follow care instructions, normal wear, or an external accident.
We do not grant a separate commercial warranty; manufacturer warranties, where provided, supplement and do not limit the statutory rights above.
9. Liability and force majeure
We are not liable for non-performance caused by force majeure, nor for the consequences of incorrect data provided by you. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights.
10. Product safety information
Product pages state the manufacturer (and, for manufacturers established outside the EU, the EU responsible person) with contact details, the product identifier and applicable safety information, as required by Regulation (EU) 2023/988 (GPSR).
11. Personal data
Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy. Data required for delivery is shared with the carrier to the extent necessary.
12. Dispute resolution and applicable law
Questions and complaints: info@proengineering.eu — we reply within 15 days. If no agreement is reached, a consumer may turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee (Tarbijavaidluste komisjon) at the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (TTJA, Endla 10a, Tallinn; review free of charge) or to the court. Consumers in other EU countries may contact the European Consumer Centre network.
These Terms and the resulting sales contract are governed by Estonian law. If you are a consumer habitually resident in a country to which we direct our activities, this choice does not deprive you of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law that would apply in the absence of this choice.
